Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aventzo.com and the services provided by Aventzo ("Aventzo," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining our waitlist, contacting us, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Aventzo helps creators, influencers, and online brands protect their content, privacy, and digital identity by coordinating a network of third-party technology partners on the client's behalf. Aventzo acts as a coordination service; we do not personally perform every underlying technical task (such as data broker removal or content takedowns) - these are carried out by our vetted partners under our coordination.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are currently intended for individuals and businesses located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Services and creates no binding obligation on either party. We will contact you if and when a spot becomes available.
4. Client Onboarding & Fees
If you choose to become a client, separate terms (including pricing, scope of services, and payment terms) will be provided and agreed upon before any fees are charged. Those terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requested;
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
- Not misrepresent your identity or the ownership of content/accounts you ask us to help protect.
6. Third-Party Partners
Aventzo coordinates with independent third-party technology partners to deliver parts of the Services. Aventzo is not the provider of those underlying third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions, though we take care in selecting partners we work with.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we and our partners work diligently to protect your content, privacy, and digital identity, we cannot guarantee complete removal of content from the internet, prevention of future leaks, or any specific outcome. The internet is decentralized, and some content or data may be beyond any provider's ability to remove.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventzo's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Aventzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and will only disclose it to partners as necessary to deliver the Services, or as required by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, where Aventzo is currently operated from.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
